A Green Smoothie A Day: YELLOW FEVER
2 yellow beets, peeled and chopped
1 pear, washed and chopped
1/2 banana, peeled
juice of 1 lemon
1/2 head of lettuce, washed and chopped
1 cm ginger, peeled and chopped
small turmeric root, peeled and chopped
Combine beet, pear, banana, lemon, ginger, turmeric, add a cup of water and blend. Add lettuce, water if needed and blend until smooth.
Add 1 tablespoon of BEE POLLEN for extra energy and vitamins.
